Shapeshifter Yoga Review: My Thoughts & Results!

Yoga sometimes gets a bad rap. If you think it’s all about wearing skimpy outfits and doing stretches to make your bum look good, you’d be in good company. However, new research has shown that yoga can produce tangible benefits for a range of common ailments including arthritis, inflammation, joint pain, muscle stiffness/inflexibility and even emotional problems including depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. It’s also been shown to help maintain a healthy weight. It’s little wonder then that thousands of women attend yoga classes in pursuit of better health and peace of mind. Fortunately, now their is way way to reap all of yoga’s benefits, without the inconvenience of driving and paying for classes or even leaving the comfort of your own home. It’s called Shapeshifter yoga and is a fully digital yoga program, showing you the moves and how to change your mindset with written guides, instructional videos and audio recordings. And it does all this at a fraction of the cost for a real yoga class with a qualified instructor. Being a yoga enthusiast myself, I decided to try the program to see how well it stacked up and whether it was worth my investment. Overall, the program provided everything I was looking for, including support from the creator Kris Fondran, and was presented in a very professional and engaging way. From past classes, I already had a good handle on most of the common yoga moves, but the videos gave a excellent clear demonstration, along with exercise tips, that would be suitable for any beginner. I followed the program for 3 weeks and while I can’t say I noticed any significant improvements from my current level, I would be confident excellent results could be achieved with consistency and a can-do attitude. I recommend any one who’s interested in starting yoga to take a look and give the program a go, I think you’ll be glad you did :)
